Tier Transitions Explained
You only move to the next tier when your GMV exceeds the current tier's upper limit:
Standard → Elite ($25K → $50K)
When your GMV grows from $3M to $3.1M, you move to Elite tier. Your new cost is $50K/year, which you'll pay until you hit $10M GMV.
Elite → Premium ($50K → Custom)
When you exceed $10M GMV, contact sales for enterprise pricing. At this scale, you get custom features (dedicated account team, white-label everything, API SLAs).
Annual billing protects you: If you're at $2.9M GMV in January and hit $3.2M in March, you stay on Standard tier ($25K) for the rest of your annual contract. Tier adjustments only happen at renewal.
