What is Reflex?

Reflex is an automated dispute response system that defends your Shopify store against chargebacks and payment disputes. When a customer disputes a charge, Reflex detects it instantly, automatically gathers evidence from your orders, fulfillments, and customer history, generates a dispute-specific narrative, and submits everything to Shopify Payments within minutes.

Does it work with Shopify Payments?

Yes. Reflex works with Shopify Payments disputes. When a chargeback is filed against any order, Reflex detects it instantly and submits evidence.

How long until I know the outcome?

Typically 60-75 days. Card networks need time to review evidence and make a decision.

What if I lose a dispute?

You pay nothing. The 15% success fee only applies when you win.

What data does Reflex access?

Reflex reads your orders, fulfillments, and customer data solely to build evidence for dispute defense. Data is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
