What is CertNode Reflex?
Reflex is an automated dispute defense system that monitors your Stripe account 24/7. When a customer files a chargeback, Reflex automatically gathers cryptographic evidence and submits a compelling defense to Stripe within 60 seconds.
How much does Reflex cost?
Your first dispute is completely free. After that, Reflex costs $99/month plus a 15% success fee on recovered amounts. You only pay the success fee when you win.
What's the win rate?
Win rates vary based on evidence quality. With excellent evidence (cryptographic receipts + delivery proof + customer history), merchants see significantly improved win rates compared to the 32% industry average.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Reflex?
No. Installation is one click from the Stripe App Marketplace. Setup takes 5 minutes via OAuth connection. Reflex then runs automatically with zero manual work required.
What data does Reflex access?
Reflex only reads payment intents, charges, and dispute data from your Stripe account (with your permission). We never access your Stripe Secret Key or have the ability to create or modify payments.
How fast does Reflex respond to disputes?
Reflex responds within 60 seconds of dispute detection. The average response time is 28 seconds from when Stripe creates the dispute to when evidence is submitted.
Can I review evidence before it's submitted?
Yes. You can enable Manual Review Mode in settings. Reflex will prepare the evidence but wait for your approval before submitting to Stripe.
Is my data secure?
Yes. CertNode is SOC 2 Type II certified with 256-bit encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We're hosted on enterprise infrastructure (AWS/Supabase) and are GDPR compliant.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
What if Reflex loses a dispute?
You don't pay the success fee. We only charge the 15% success fee when we win and recover the disputed amount.
Do you support multiple Stripe accounts?
Yes. You can connect multiple Stripe accounts to one CertNode account. Each account is billed separately based on usage.
What about disputes in test mode?
Reflex works in both test and live mode, which is great for testing the system before going live with real disputes.
