Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Square, WooCommerce. No app install, no login handed over — you stay in control and submit each response yourself.
Honest triage on each one
If a dispute isn't winnable, we tell you plainly instead of burning your time — and point you at the prevention that actually helps (usually 3D Secure, not paperwork).

If you're on Stripe and get the occasional dispute, our Reflex app is the simplest thing — free to install, automatic, 15% only when it wins. If you get disputes regularly, sell on more than one platform, or just want a person handling it rather than an app, the flat plan is the better deal and the calmer one.
