The honest part
Not every dispute can be won, and nobody honest promises win rates. Delivery claims, "not as described," duplicate charges, and subscription disputes are usually winnable with the right records. Unauthorized-fraud claims without 3D Secure are stacked against you no matter who writes the response — if that's what you have, we'll say so before you owe anything, and tell you what actually helps (usually prevention, not paperwork).
