What we promise. What nobody can.

The dispute industry runs on win-rate promises that nobody can actually make. Our position is simpler: guarantee only what we control, and say the uncomfortable parts out loud.

What we promise

If it isn't winnable, we tell you for free

Every service starts with honest triage. If your dispute is the kind that loses no matter who writes the response (unauthorized-fraud claims without 3D Secure usually are), we say so before you owe anything, and paid rush orders get a full same-day refund.

The rush deadline has teeth

The 24-hour rush promise is measured from when your records arrive. If the response lands later than that, the rush fee is refunded and you keep the response.

Reflex charges only on wins

No monthly fee, no per-dispute fee. 15% of the recovered amount ($25 minimum, never more than half the recovery), only after the bank rules in your favor. Lose and there is no fee at all.

We never ask for your logins

Every response is built for you to submit from your own dashboard. No processor passwords, no account access, no exceptions.

Everything is verifiable without trusting us

Receipts are signed, independently timestamped, Bitcoin-anchored, and appended to a public transparency log. Anyone can check any receipt at /verify with no account, or fully offline with the open @certnode/verify package.

What nobody honest can promise

Nobody controls the bank's decision

The cardholder's bank rules on every dispute. Any service promising a win, or advertising a win rate as if it were a guarantee, is selling hope. We promise the strongest complete case your records support, delivered on time.

Fraud disputes without 3D Secure are stacked against you

That category mostly loses regardless of paperwork. We say this in writing before you pay, and the real fix is prevention (3D Secure), which we will point you to instead of taking your money for a hopeless case.

We are not yet SOC 2 certified

CertNode is a small company. The cryptography is independently verifiable, which is a stronger property than a certificate, but if your procurement requires SOC 2 today, we would rather tell you now than after a sales call.

See it in practice: a real dispute, won, with the exact numbers · or check the live transparency log.
