What is Reflex?

Reflex is an automated dispute response system that defends your Square account against chargebacks. When a customer disputes a charge, Reflex automatically gathers evidence from your payments, orders, and customer history, generates a compelling AI narrative, and submits everything to Square within 60 seconds.

Sign in to CertNode and click “Connect Square Account” on your dashboard. Authorize CertNode to access your payment and dispute data.

How fast does Reflex respond?

Evidence is submitted within 60 seconds of dispute creation.

What types of disputes does it handle?

All Square dispute types: fraud (NO_KNOWLEDGE), item not received (NOT_RECEIVED), not as described (NOT_AS_DESCRIBED), duplicate charges, cancelled orders, and more.

How long until I know the outcome?

Typically 60-75 days. Card networks need time to review evidence and make a decision.

What if I lose a dispute?

You pay nothing. The 25% success fee only applies when you win.

What data does Reflex access?

Reflex reads your payments, orders, and customer data solely to build evidence for dispute defense. Data is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I disconnect my Square account?

Yes. Visit your CertNode dashboard and click “Disconnect” at any time. All stored data will be deleted within 30 days.
