What is Reflex?

Reflex is an automated dispute response system that defends your PayPal account against chargebacks. When a customer files a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center, Reflex automatically gathers evidence from your transactions, generates a compelling AI narrative, and submits everything to PayPal within 60 seconds.

Quick Setup (2 Steps)

Connect your PayPal account

Sign in to CertNode and click “Connect PayPal Account” on your dashboard. Authorize CertNode to access your dispute data.

How fast does Reflex respond?

Evidence is submitted within 60 seconds of dispute creation.

What types of disputes does it handle?

All PayPal dispute types: unauthorized transactions, items not received, items not as described, duplicate transactions, credit not processed, and cancelled recurring billing.

How long do PayPal disputes take to resolve?

PayPal disputes can take up to 180 days to resolve (longer than card disputes). Reflex monitors the entire lifecycle and notifies you of the outcome.

What if I lose a dispute?

You pay nothing. The 15% success fee only applies when you win.

Does Reflex work with PayPal Seller Protection?

Yes. Reflex complements Seller Protection by providing additional evidence that strengthens your case. If a transaction is eligible for Seller Protection, Reflex includes this in the evidence narrative.

What data does Reflex access?

Reflex reads your disputes and transactions solely to build evidence for dispute defense. Data is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I disconnect my PayPal account?

Yes. Visit your CertNode dashboard and click “Disconnect” at any time. All stored data will be deleted within 30 days.
