What is Reflex?

Reflex is an automated dispute response system that defends your business against chargebacks and payment disputes. When a customer disputes a charge, Reflex automatically gathers evidence, generates a dispute-specific narrative, and submits everything to Stripe within 60 seconds.

Auto-Submit Evidence

Evidence is auto-submitted to Stripe within 60 seconds by default. Toggle Auto-Submit Evidence off in Settings (Apps → CertNode Reflex → Settings) to have Reflex stage the evidence package on the dispute for you to review and submit yourself before the deadline.

How fast does Reflex respond?

Evidence is submitted within 60 seconds of dispute creation.

Can I review evidence before submission?

Reflex auto-compiles and submits evidence so you never miss the response deadline. If you'd rather a person review every dispute before it's filed, that's our managed Dispute Concierge service.

How long until I know the outcome?

Typically 60-75 days. Stripe and card networks need time to review evidence.

What if I lose a dispute?

You pay nothing. The 15% success fee only applies when you win.
